The Next Moves in the ObamaCare Deception

If I am racist for believing Obamacare is evil, then so is she.

It's not an accident that people are being thrown off their existing insurance. The perfect storm was created to achieve this goal: The out-of-pocket caps on cost for the individual were delayed; there is a 25 percent surcharge on so-called Cadillac health plans; and policies protected by the grandfather clause were never meant to stand up to the regulations and compliance written into the law.  Read More. . .

I Agree with Mychal Massie

Mychal Massie\

If I am racist for my disdain of the Obama's, then so is this guy!
The below summarization of Barack and Michelle Obama’s 5 year reign in the White House is by far the best I’ve ever read as it squarely hits the nail on the head. And it took a black reporter writing it to make it as effective as it is. A white man’s account would be instantly criticized by the liberal media as pure racism. But, how can anyone scream Racist when an exacting description of the Obamas is penned by a well known journalist of color?
BEST SUMMATION OF BARACK AND MICHELLE EVER!
Mychal Massie is a respected writer and talk show host in Los Angeles.
The other evening on my twitter, a person asked me why I didn’t like the Obama’s? Specifically I was asked: “I have to ask, why do you hate the Obama’s? It seems personal, not policy related. You even dissed (disrespected) their Christmas family picture.”
The truth is I do not like the Obamas, what they represent, their ideology, and I certainly do not like his policies and legislation. I’ve made no secret of my contempt for the Obamas. As I responded to the person who asked me the aforementioned question, I don’t like them because they are committed to the fundamental change of my/our country into what can only be regarded as a Communist state.
I don’t hate them per definition, but I condemn them because they are the worst kind of racialists, they are elitist Leninists with contempt for traditional America. They display disrespect for the sanctity of the office he holds, and for those who are willing to admit same, Michelle Obama’s raw contempt for white America is transpicuous. I don’t like them because they comport themselves as emperor and empress.
I expect, no I demand respect, for the Office of President and a love of our country and her citizenry from the leader entrusted with the governance of same. President and Mrs. Reagan displayed an unparalleled love for the country and her people.
The Reagan’s made Americans feel good about themselves and about what we could accomplish. Obama’s arrogance by appointing 32 leftist czars and constantly bypassing congress is impeachable. Eric Holder is probably the MOST incompetent and arrogant DOJ head to ever hold the job. Could you envision President Reagan instructing his Justice Department to act like jack-booted thugs?
Presidents are politicians and all politicians are known and pretty much expected to manipulate the truth, if not outright lie, but even using that low standard, the Obama’s have taken lies, dishonesty, deceit, mendacity, subterfuge and obfuscation to new depths. They are verbally abusive to the citizenry, and they display an animus for civility.
I do not like them, because they both display bigotry overtly, as in the case of Harvard Professor Louis Gates, when he accused the Cambridge Police of acting stupidly, and her code speak pursuant to not being able to be proud of America. I view that statement and that mindset as an insult to those who died to provide a country where a Kenyan, his illegal alien relatives, and his alleged progeny, could come and not only live freely, but rise to the highest, most powerful, position in the world.
Michelle Obama is free to hate and disparage whites because Americans of every description paid with their blood to ensure her right to do same. I have a saying, that “the only reason a person hides things, is because they have something to hide.” No president in history has spent millions of dollars to keep his records and his past sealed.
And what the two of them have shared has been proved to be lies. He lied about when and how they met, he lied about his mother’s death and problems with insurance, Michelle lied to a crowd pursuant to nearly $500,000 bank stocks they inherited from his family. He has lied about his father’s military service, about the civil rights movement, ad nausea. He lied to the world about the Supreme Court in a State of the Union address. He berated and publicly insulted a sitting Congressman. He has surrounded himself with the most rabidly, radical, socialist academicians today.
He opposed rulings that protected women and children that even Planned Parenthood did not seek to support. He is openly hostile to business and aggressively hostile to Israel. His wife treats being the First Lady as her personal American Express Black Card (arguably the most prestigious credit card in the world). I condemn them because, as people are suffering, losing their homes, their jobs, their retirements, he and his family are arrogantly showing off their life of entitlement – as he goes about creating and fomenting class warfare.
I don’t like them, and I neither apologize nor retreat from my public condemnation of them and of his policies. We should condemn them for the disrespect they show our people, for his willful and unconstitutional actions pursuant to obeying the Constitutional parameters he is bound by, and his willful disregard for Congressional authority.
Dislike for them has nothing to do with the color of their skin; it has everything to do with their behavior, attitudes, and policies. And I have open scorn for their constantly playing the race card.
I could go on, but let me conclude with this. I condemn in the strongest possible terms the media for refusing to investigate them, as they did President Bush and President Clinton, and for refusing to label them for what they truly are. There is no scenario known to man, whereby a white president and his wife could ignore laws, flaunt their position, and lord over the people, as these two are permitted out of fear for their color.
As I wrote in a syndicated column titled, “Nero In The White House” – “Never in my life, inside or outside of politics, have I witnessed such dishonesty in a political leader. He is the most mendacious political figure I have ever witnessed. Even by the low standards of his presidential predecessors, his narcissistic, contumacious arrogance is unequalled. Using Obama as the bar, Nero would have to be elevated to sainthood…
Many in America wanted to be proud when the first person of color was elected president, but instead, they have been witness to a congenital liar, a woman who has been ashamed of America her entire life, failed policies, intimidation, and a commonality hitherto not witnessed in political leaders. He and his wife view their life at our expense as an entitlement – while America’s people go homeless, hungry and unemployed.”

An Untold Tale

About two hundred years ago there was an obscure little village in an obscure little country in Africa.  The village had a Chief, Mbuyu and Mbuyu had three lovely children, one strong son, Azizi and two beautiful twin daughters, Moja and Mbili. They lived in a large straw hut, the Azizi and his Father wore the finest loin cloths and donned robes that were made from the the skins of great lions.  Moja and Mbili too had the best grass skirts and colorful beads made by the kindest, most talented women in the village.  They wore these coverings because the trading of fabrics had not yet reached the people of their village.

One day, on their 13th birthday, there was a big celebration being prepared for the daughters because their Father had arranged a marriage for both of them.  Two Chiefs from far away villages were bringing sons to marry Moja and Mbili and afterward, they were going away from their village to live as queens, never to see their family or their village again.

After much dancing and celebrating, Moja and her husband went North, taking with her several of her own servants and a few of her friends also accompanied them on the journey.  Mbili and her husband went East, also taking her own servants and friends traveled with them.

Moja reached her new home and was greeted with dancing and more celebrating and all the village women treated the people of her village with much kindness and she was very happy.

Mbili was not so lucky for her husband was not so kind. When they had walked about a day and half away from her home, Mbili's group was attacked by a vicious tribe and many were killed.  The rest were taken to a city by the sea and sold to men who put them on a ship to sell them in American.

The journey was long and hard.  They were kept in a dark hole and rarely allowed outside.  They were given strange food to eat that was nothing like the things they were accustomed to eating.  There were also these strange pots just lying around the hole, but they did not know what they were for because they had always relieved themselves outdoors.  Not knowing what to do, and being chained up most of the time, they had no choice but relieve themselves right where they sat and they made the thirty day voyage in their own excrement.  How could such a horrible thing befall poor Mbili?

Finally one day, the ship arrived in America and Mbili and her people were taken up on deck, where buckets of water were just thrown on them to clean them off.  They were taken to a place where they were to be sold as slaves.  In due course, it was Mbili's turn to be sold and the man, Mr. Robinson, bought her took her on yet another journey across the land to a great white house where many other people like her lived. There was an older woman who was very fat called Kushu and she had two small children. There was a young man, Wakati, who traveled with them and seemed to be important to Mr. Robinson. The Mister called him Will.  She also met two more young girls who worked in the great big white house and four young men who did work in the fields and took care of several strange animals.

They lived in small wooden houses apart from the big white house. The ways were strange. This thing called "clothes" was strange, but she grew used to it.  So was the food, but Kushu taught Mbili and she learned over the coming months to not only like the food, but also how to prepare the food for the people at her new home and they were kind to her and the others. They all worked together and when there was time, they celebrated together; things like birth and marriage and holidays and harvests.  The Robinson family was very good to them.

Many years passed and Mbili was no longer called Mbili, but Milly.  A war came and went but Milly was always as happy as a person could be in her circumstance so she decided to stay with the Robinsons for a time.  Eventually, Milly and Will were married and the moved to a city where they found work, paying work, in another grand house.  Will worked as a butler and Milly became the housekeeper.  Between them, they had four children.

Many years later, Will and Milly died but they left behind their four children, 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  As time passed even more, Will and Milly's descendants numbered in the hundreds.  Her great great great great granddaughter, Miche, was the first of her line to get a law degree and she grew up to be a very good lawyer and respected member of her community

And what happened to her twin sister Moja?  Milly never saw Moja or her brother Azizi again.  Many years later it was Miche who discovered that her distant Aunt had been killed when her village was attacked by the same tribe who had taken her great great great great grandmother so long ago. She also learned that Azizi, who was a much anticipated Chief among his people, was killed by a lion in the hunting ritual that preceded him taking over.  In the time since Milly had been sold into slavery, Miche discovered that there was no more information to be had about her heritage.  All the people from that particular tribe had either been sold as slaves, died out or moved on.  So it was, that the legacy of the Great Chief, Mbuyu only lives on today through the line of his daughter, Mbili in a country of wealth and prosperity.

US Embassies Attack Since Obama

So we’ve got the left out there spinning the news again without including ALL the facts.  They are desperately reporting the number of Embassy Attacks that happened under GW Bush, but seem acutely unaware of the Embassy attacks since Obama took office.

It doesn't help that the media is terrified to ask this administration any questions, either. http://www.mediaite.com/tv/the-other-benghazi-scandal-journalists-worry-covering-the-attack-threatens-white-house-access/

What good is a media, is journalism when they cannot or will not report the facts?  Here are just a few "facts" that any high school journalist could compile and use to keep people informed and aware of what is really going on, instead of being misled by a biased and cowardly liberal media.

Dropping Housing Starts

I still can't believe how many people fall for the lies being told to them by the Mainstream Media and the Obama Administration.  They have people believing that the economy is improving, citing Housing Starts.  It's just nuts because housing starts are HALF what they were when President Bush was in office and back then, they were making his 1.96 million starts sound like the end of our economy.  CNN REPORT

US Housing Starts Chart

But as you can see with this chart, the Starts are not only less than HALF of what was considered bad under Bush, but they also are not rising, they are FALLING!

I go clear back to 2006, because after that the Democrats took over both the House and the Senate and Pelosi and Reid did everything they could think of to block anything Bush did and undo any programs he had already put in place.  So technically speaking, President Bush lost his power and became a lame duck when Democrats took over the Congress in January of 2007.  Democrats like to overlook that little detail as well, because it is just another example of how incompetent (or is it deliberately destructive?) that they are.

Emma Jr.s Winning Essay

This essay was written by my daughter as part of a scholarship application from the American Legion Rider.  She was awarded $1,000 by a very generous group of Veterans and we are very grateful to them for the gift and all they have done and continued to do.

The Military and Veterans in Our Society
At some point, there are and have been those people who wake up one morning and by the end of that day, they have enlisted in some branch of the military.  Within a year, these same people find themselves stationed somewhere far from home and family, far from the life they have always known.  Taking that one step, deciding to join the military, all by itself is an act of courage.  Little do they know, when they wake up that day, they will be part of something that will change them forever in ways they never thought of.

When asked about the role the military and veterans play in our society, most people give a cliché response such as “they protect our freedom”, but I think they do so much more than that.  There are the critical, yet subtle influences which they bestow upon all those with whom they come in contact.  They acquire a work ethic through their military training that is not commonly seen in any other walk of life.  To be part of a veteran’s life is to learn something of the value of self-discipline and teamwork and following instructions.  These things are important because they teach those whom they encounter that can all have a role to play, even if it might seem menial or insignificant.  They demonstrate how cooperation and respect are key to accomplishment.  These basic foundations influence every life they touch from that point forward because they take it out into the world and share it with people who never considered how such simple values are the heart of what makes America great, the force behind every realized dream and the entire point of freedom itself.
Veterans are people who have tested these values to the extreme, undeterred and motivated by a sense of duty to a country, a way of life they understand and do not take for granted.  The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. --Thomas Jefferson.  I believe American Veterans have been the key to preserving patriotism, traditions and a way of life which would have been forgotten and abandoned long ago had it not been for that one day these Americans woke up and decided to serve, or perhaps participate on a daily basis in saving their country.  Because of these people, many of whom are in my own family, I still have the opportunity to pursue my dreams and I can realistically expect that they can come true.  Thank you for this gift.

Deaths Under Obama

Since the media is not as interested in reporting the number of deaths by terrorists and enemy combatants, I have put the list together here:

The number of people who have died in Afghanistan under Obama's leadership is 2,242, more than double the number of deaths in Afghanistan under President Bush.    Casualties

The number of deaths in Iraq is 586.

In addition to these numbers, there was ONE terrorist attack on American soil that reached its destination in the 8 years that President Bush was in office.

In the five years Obama has been in charge, there have been FIVE!
  Boston:  4 dead, 264 injured
Fort Hood:  13 dead, 32 injured
Little Rock Recruiting Station:  1 dead, 1 injured
  Underwear Bomber
  Time Square Bomber

In addition, there are the four Americans who were killed in the highly concealed attack in Benghazi.

To take it another step further, under the Obama Administrations other highly concealed operation, Fast and Furious, it is impossible to determine the thousands of people who have died at the hand of illegally obtained weapons drug cartel members purchased openly as part of F&F.  These people then took the weapons into Mexico, unobstructed, walking freely over the border with no questions asked and used these weapons on innocent civilians and sold them to God knows who (i.e. terrorists with Mexican Connections)

The only reason we haven't been getting nonstop coverage of these things, as the media was so happy to cover when it was a Republican in the White House, is because the media does not wish to report anything negative about people in their own party.  Why the silence?

Updates coming. . . .

The BIG List of Racial Violence

"America is the midst of an epidemic of racial mob violence and the media refuses to report it.
In my book, “White Girl Bleed a Lot,” I documented hundreds of examples of black mob violence in more than 70 cities big and small throughout the country.

Many of the episodes are on YouTube. I also documented how the media and public officials ignore, condone, excuse and even lie about this wave of lawlessness.

Despite a mountain of growing evidence, some still deny this problem exists."  Colin Flaherty

Obama Doesn't Care About the Oath

Based on his actions, I see little or no indication that Obama cares in the least about his oath to 'defend and uphold the constitution of the United States'. It's just a formality he must endure to have the seat of power he and his other Constitutional Abolitionists have worked for so long.

What do Obama's ACTIONS tell us about his support of the constitution?

First Amendment:  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Obama and his minions would like to dictate WHICH religions have the type of religious freedoms that have always been the American way of life.  If you are opposed to abortion, believing it to be a form of cold-blooded murder, this administration does not recognize nor do they respect that point of view.  Therefore, you are subject to huge fines, penalties and government harassment if you do not comply.  The two most famous cases currently fighting for their 1st Amendment rights are Hobby Lobby and the Catholic Church.  See the part where it says "or prohibiting the free exercise thereof".  By forcing Hobby Lobby, the Catholic Church and any other group to pay for something that goes against the core of their religious beliefs (life and murder), does indeed "prohibit" them from freely exercising their right NOT to support abortion or even simple birth control.

At the same time, this administration will stretch any law to accommodate the needs of Muslims, right down to them getting special meals in prison that are as Sotomayor wrote, "subjectively important to the inmate's practice of Islam." (Ford v. McGinnis 352 F. 3d 582 2d cir 2003)  Isn't the right not to support murder also "subjectively important to the practice of" Christianity?  It seems to me that if such a law stands over the type of meal a convicted felon receives, that same kind of rationale should be used when trying to force law abiding citizens to do something which violates their perception of human life as well.

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety
 deserve neither liberty nor safety.
Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759

Moving on to the Freedom of Speech aspect of the First Amendment.  Congress and Obama signed a bill prohibiting the right to protest and to peaceably assemble when they concocted HR347 last March.  Some reports say this bill was created in response to Occupy Wall Street.  Nonetheless, the long and the short of it is, people are no longer allowed to protest in areas where there are Secret Service agents guarding any official, from Obama to candidates to even campaign managers such as David Axelrod.  And who decides when a protest may or may not be allowed?  The Secret Service.  "Brilliant minds" such as Michael Moore defend it, basically on the basis of safety.  Cooler heads understand the broader implications of such a bill and can explain the unintended consequences of them.  If you think you support such legislation, consider this:   What would you have wanted to believe if it had been President George W. Bush who had imposed such First Amendment limitations?  Be Honest now.

* * * * * * * * * * * * *

Second Amendment: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

First notice the punctuation and try to recall rules of English. "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state,"  could accurately be rephrased "Because a well regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free state,".  Then move on to the SUBJECT of the sentence "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Yet here we are at a point in our history where we have a president who has openly stated his desire to control and limit who may or may not 'bear arms'. He wraps up his dubious good intentions in pretty little words and ideas that appeal to people who consider themselves as having a higher set of sensibilities, therefore amiable to accepting a watered down interpretation of this amendment.  He has already signed several executive orders intended to usurp this right of the American people and makes it clear that he is not finished.

What I don't think these people understand is that their opinions have absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the Second Amendment specifically and clearly states that  ". . . the right to bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED." OK, what is the meaning of the word "infringe"? Perhaps it would be helpful to examine the meaning of the word at the time closer to when it was written in the constitution:

Origin: 1525–35; Latin infringere; to break, weaken, equivalent to in- in-2 \-fringere, combining form of frangere

It's fine for opponents to have their opinions,  as long as they are cognizant enough to understand their opinions are one thing, but the law is still the law. It is an exercise in futility to presume to know what the Founding Fathers might have written had they known the degree to which these United States would have grown and the great advancements in weaponry that have occurred since our inception.

Obama is NOT supporting the Second Amendment of the Constitution, as a matter of fact, he is fighting to have it so constricted, that everything about its original intent will be lost.

* * * * * * * * * * * *

Other constitutional threats being discussed by this administration are Obama's refusal to acknowledge the principles of the 10th Amendment regarding state sovereignty.  One example of that is his lawsuit against the state of Arizona taking issue with their immigration policies.  Obama is also considering some convoluted interpretation of the 14th Amendment - to insure validity of public debt - as some sort of justification for worsening our debt situation by raising the debt the ceiling again.  Another movement in the congress is to have term limits removed via HJ15 which will repeal the 22nd Amendment.

These are the reasons why I say Obama is a liar and his pretense of taking an oath to uphold the constitution is as much as an abomination to the office which he holds as it is flat out betrayal of the American people.
